Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in rural Pennsylvania. I have been in the field for nearly 10 years in multiple roles and environments. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. My approach to therapy is simple, it is about you the client. In therapy we will work on and discuss what you want to work on and discuss. I believe in a client-centered approach that empowers the client to work toward the change that they hope for!
In our first session you can expect relationship building to occur. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and what you want to get out of the process.
I believe my greatest strength as a provider is my ability to build relationships with clients. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is a necessary foundation to foster growth and change.
I enjoy working with the teenage and young adult population. I believe that my skill set works best with this population. My clients usually “buy-in” to the therapy process and begin to thrive.
I have used this method for most of my career. I believe that this method of treatment can be beneficial for any client as they work toward their therapy goals.
I use this method with clients to help them evaluate their choices and the impacts on emotional regulation.

Letters me ramble when I need to but still says very helpful things in the few moments he gets a turn to speak.
