Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Florida. I have over eight of experience working in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with diverse populations, including those facing women's health issues, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals battling chronic illnesses. One of my specialties is perinatal mental health.
For the past several years, I've been incorporating CBT into my practice, helping many clients address recurring negative thoughts and manage anxiety. In our work together, we'll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. Using this understanding, we'll work to shift your thinking patterns, ultimately guiding you toward a life with less anxiety and stress.
