New to Grow
I am a holistic and integrative therapist offering somatic psychotherapy online in Arizona, Kentucky and Nevada. I support clients navigating chronic stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, neurodiversity and high sensitivity. I integrate modalities to offer truly holistic approach to healing: Somatic Psychotherapy (Body), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Mind), Reiki & Energy Therapy (Soul), Spinal Energetics (Nervous System) and Therapeutic Yoga.
I'll answer any questions you have about working together, and I'll have questions for you regarding your background, history, any symptoms and current challenges. I want to hear what therapy experiences in the past have been helpful, and what hasn't. Most importantly, I'll want to learn more about what your goals or intentions are for pursuing therapy.
I'm compassionate and curious. I'm intuitive and tend to invite my clients into their intuitive nature, too. I have a strong knowledge and integration of the body-mind connection and apply that into my work with clients. I'm open-minded and encourage your feedback regarding our work together.
My clients are often seeking support with life challenges resulting in chronic stress, anxiety, depression, mood instability, PTSD and CPTSD. Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive, empathic and/or neurodiverse.
Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach to healing that helps you feel, process and release stored stress, tension, emotion or trauma, primarily through body awareness, body listening, subtle movement breath and nervous system support. My background is in Somatic Psychotherapy, Therapeutic Yoga, Usui Reiki and Spinal Energetics.
I integrate several modalities to offer holistic psychotherapy: Somatic Psychotherapy, Energy Psychology, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Spinal Energetics, Reiki, Energy Therapy and Therapeutic Yoga.
Experiential Therapy in an approach that supports direct experience of accessing and processing emotion and experience together in real time. Rather than only talking about things, experiential work allows you to feel, express, integrate and release what you bring into your sessions.
