In your first session, you can expect a clinician that is focused on understanding your needs and who is ready to work as soon as you are ready.
My greatest strengths would be the using practical application of therapeutic methods. It is my hope that when you engage with me, you are looking to solve internal issues and grow personally
My ideal client would be those open to discover how to gain the best out of their lives by ending their need for outside interference. Additionally, those that desire to gain an understanding of how to maintain a positive life focus.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
This method of care, CBT, is what I use the most in session, but it is not the only one. This focus of treatment allows for combination of ACT, Solution Focused Treatment, Person Centered Care, and use of CBT for Trauma. When considering reduction of substance use, CBT for Relapse Prevention is a strong therapeutic method.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
Acceptance is a key function when moving from maladaptive behavioral traits into positive behavioral change. This method focuses on willingness of change, and incorporates mindfulness, behavioral change, and acceptance.
