I' m a licensed psychologist based in California. I received my doctorate degree from Alliant International University and have been practicing since 2017. I have worked in both correctional, community, and integrative settings. My goal is to help my clients become the strongest individuals emotionally and physically, recognizing their own strengths and utilizing them to be happy and healthy and whole.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, examine your medical/psychological history, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with clients and other professionals for the past 7 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with clients that are motivated and willing to embrace change, understanding that change is not always easy.
I work from a cognitive behavioral perspective to help identify the way one's thoughts are impacting behavior. I also look at the whole person and utilize my health psychology background and integrative experience in treating a person as a whole, and assist individuals in healing with therapy and traditional approaches to assist them to become the best and healthiest individual.
