New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; I have been working in the field of social work for 20 years. Since beginning my career, I have had the privilege of having many different experiences which has helped give me the working knowledge to provide great service and meet my client's needs. In the last three years my focus has been on group therapy and individual therapy for adults. My current focus is individual therapy , it has been the greatest gift to be allowed to hear the stories and be given the opportunity to help guide my clients through this journey to wellness.
In our first session, we’ll explore current challenges, clarify goals, and begin identifying where you want your life to be. Together, we’ll create a plan with strategies and options tailored to your needs. This is your space to pause, breathe, and begin reframing struggles as part of a meaningful healing journey. I believe trust is earned, and I’m committed to building that with you.
My work is rooted in a person-centered approach, meaning your perspective, strengths, and goals guide the process. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe unhelpful thought patterns, EMDR to support the processing of trauma, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to strengthen emotional regulation and resilience. Who I Work Best With I primarily work with adults navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and trauma. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Reaching out for help takes courage, and my role is to support and guide you as you move toward healing. I have specialized training in EMDR and focus on helping individuals process trauma safely and effectively
In the last few years my primary focus was in working with adults, I encourage clients by providing a safe space to share and to be heard. It takes a very brave person to reach out for help when they are struggling with mental health issues, my job is to guide them in their journey of healing. I have focused on trauma and have been trained in EMDR to help process trauma memories while focusing on keeping the client safe during the process.
