First session
In your first we will be getting to know each other to best provide a secure and safe place where you feel comfortable. We will discussing current challenges that have been struggling with and review my approach to help reach your desired goals that you would like to accomplish in therapy and in your personal life.

I have worked with many individuals , couples and families that have appreciated the value I bring to TRUTH of what is feeling ,what one has experienced and encouraging one to be REAL with and I share personal testimony if it helps you also see that you can reach your desired goals . Faith based therapy
I have worked with my clients to help them understand the connection between the body and the mind. My clients have learned the importance of becoming aware that whatever the mind thinks the body will always follow. We will work closely in developing tools to relieve the symptoms of unproductive behaviors caused by obsessive unhelpful behaviors
Christian Counseling
I have worked closely with clients to integrate the word of GOD, faith and therapy to focus on the mind body and spirit. We will work closely on the use of biblical scripture, prayer, my personal testimonies to help you feel that I can relate to suffering and that you are not alone … I will apply Bible scripture , personal testimonies and therapy to help you heal from emotional struggles and suffering.
Couples Counseling
I have worked closely with my couples to better understand themselves and their partners. By becoming aware of each other's needs, feelings, emotions and traumas we work to improve their relationship. We will be focusing on developing tools to rebuild, strengthen and maintain their relationship
