I use an integrative holistic approach drawing from a range of theoretical knowledge and evidenced based techniques. I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, women issues, divorce, life transitions and grief/loss to name a few.
First session
During our first session, I will get a better sense of what challenges you're facing and what you're looking for in therapy. We will also discuss how I can best support you on your journey.

I provide a safe non judgmental space for you to feel comfortable expressing your inner thoughts, emotions and feelings. My goal is to guide you to your desired outcome with the tools you need to succeed.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with individuals who are interested in gaining insight into their negative thought patterns, repeating the same cycles and are open to learning deeper about themselves and how to get unstuck.

Everyone is different. Utilizing techniques from various evidence based modalities to fit the client's needs is most effective including: CBT, EMDR, solution focused, psychodynamic etc.
