the diagnosis. My goal is to make clients feel empowered on their journey through their mental health challenges and other adversities. I am a strong proponent of building a therapeutic alliance with every client I work with - trust and mutual respect between myself and clients are essential. I like to make my sessions lively and come prepared each time we meet. Therapy is hard work but that doesn't mean it can't be fun as well!
First session
In our first session, we will spend some time getting to know each other. There will be a space for you to ask questions to me, and I will ask questions in order to create a treatment plan design specifically for you.
Strengths
I work hard to develop a therapeutic relationship with each client. I realize that therapy can be incredibly challenging and want to make sessions as comfortable as possible, while still being productive.
Ideal clients
I provide therapy for teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I work best with clients who are motivated to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, with a focus on helping clients feel supported while building confidence, resilience, and emotional balance. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can process challenges openly and work toward lasting growth and healing.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I primarily use CBT, DBT, and open process to help my clients determine what next steps to take.
