I have experience working with mental health diagnosis and treatment In both outpatient and inpatient settings, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and loss and trauma disorder such as PTSD. They will not do the work for you. They will help you keep accountable to yourself and the goals you create together in the work.
