Welcome! I am so glad you are here! I love partnering with my clients to build a powerful, trusting therapeutic relationship to help us walk through the inevitable difficulties we will face in life. We don't (and shouldn't!) take on those challenges alone. I offer my clients a confidential, judgement-free place to discuss the difficult pieces of their life; such as feelings of depression, anxiety or relationship challenges. I look forward to partnering with you to tackle your unique struggles via honest dialogue, active listening and appropriate goal setting to meet your personal goals.
In our first session together we will get to know one another, discuss what led you to seek therapy at this time and begin discussing goal setting for future sessions together.

I partner with my clients to build a safe, judgement-free environment. In therapy, I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients assess their thoughts and understand how those thoughts impact their feelings. We target those negative & anxious thoughts and begin challenging them to shift their thinking into a more positive and motivated mindset.
