Hello! I am a licensed mental health clinician and certified integrative nutritional counselor. Most of the folks I work with tend to experience trauma, anxiety, and depression. I partner with clients to reach their mental health and wellness goals. True healing isn't about pushing harder—it's about finding balance. At times, the more we strive, the more chaos we create. By honoring the four pillars of wellness—mind, body, spirit, and environment—we can work together to achieve your health goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In my practice, I partner with adults to navigate difficult decisions, support life transitions, and address mental health concerns. My strengths-based, solution-focused approach aims to empower clients, enabling them to heal, grow, and better manage their well-being across the four pillars of wellness: mind, body, spirit, and environment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is that I care greatly about the people I work with and, according to clients, "it shows".

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use an eclectic mix of CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, IFS, and Somatic stabilization.

Compassion Focused

Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) is a type of psychotherapy that uses compassion training to help people develop kinder thoughts and feelings. My goal is to help people become more compassionate towards themselves, others, and in response to adversity.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness-based therapy to help people recognize when their mood is starting to decline and interrupt the automatic connection between negative thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. I also help you learn how to use Mindfulness to accept negative emotions instead of trying to avoid or eliminate them, Improve sleep, and Reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.

Trauma Informed Care

Shifting mindsets from "what is wrong with me" to understanding what happened to me is tantamount to developing deeper clarity, self-love, and healing.
