As a therapist I bring a warm conversational approach to meet you where you are. I will support you in processing your present, past and connecting those into making positive changes in your life that lead to feeling more confident in yourself and in your relationships with others. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard and understood. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported and understood. Whether you are coming to therapy to navigate difficult life changes, in order to set healthy boundaries, for support in reframing your anxious thoughts, thinking through how your past family dynamics affect you or navigating your identity, I am here to offer you encouraging guidance, direct engagement and nurturing support.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Therapy is a collaborative process and I take a relational approach to support you in expressing yourself authentically, navigating change, reframing negative self talk, setting healthy boundaries and supporting you in enhancing the way you cope. I have nine years of experience working clinically with folks. I was educated at the University of Pennsylvania and continually obtain educations and trainings to enhance my skills to support my clients.

As a therapist I enjoy working with adults who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, parenthood and LGBTQ+ folks in particular. I am particularly mindful of how an individual's intersecting identities influence an ones experiences within the systems we live in. I have 9 years of experience working with ADHD, LGBTQ+ Identities, Nonbinary and Transgender identity, Anxiety, family issues, transitions and Depression.
