You probably find yourself wondering if we would be a good fit for each other, so here are some facts about me. I received my degree from Eastern Kentucky University and have a soft spot for Eastern KY. I am someone who tries to not take life too seriously. I work to "practice what I preach." In my free time, I enjoy yoga, pilates, nature walks, watercolor, pottery, hanging with my dogs, and thrifting/antiquing. I want to empower my clients and hold them accountable in becoming the person they hope to be.
In session, you can expect me to ask reflective questions, challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking, and to hold you accountable for the goals that you are working towards.
I think my greatest strength is the ability to relationship, I want my clients to feel connected and enjoy the session. I also believe in being adaptable, I want my clients to get exactly what they want from their counseling journey.
