Hello! I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 12 years of experience in helping clients with depression and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger, low self-esteem, etc. I utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT as well as biblical/spiritual formation through biblical principles. I have been called to care and I am here to support & empower you on your journey to personal freedom and self-love.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will begin with brief introductions, learn what has led you to therapy, engage in some assessment questions and tailor a treatment plan that is right for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

With over 10 years of experience my use of empathy, understanding and knowledge of patterns and other factors that lead to undesirable outcomes have assisted several individuals with becoming successful on their road to healing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with individuals who have reached a place of feeling defeated, experiencing overwhelming emotions, depressed and anxious, maybe even angry or resentful. Those feeling that there is something missing or experiencing voids, emptiness or a lack of ambition. Those that are ready to live their best lives and experience true personal freedom.
