I received my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and I have experience in counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, intimate relationships, sexual health, and more. As a counselor, I treat each situation in a professional manner and use interventions based on an individual's needs. I like to help my clients find the strength within themselves in order to live a happy, healthy, and successful life. I provide a positive, safe space for clients while also dedicating time to building professional relationships with them.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We can spend some time getting to each other as well, so you can have an idea about the person behind the screen.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am very good at matching personalities and finding things we have in common in order to build a trusting relationship with my clients. I have strong empathy skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills to help me give you the best treatment possible. I also meet the client where they are at and never want a client to be severely uncomfortable or feel unsafe during their vulnerable times.
