Hi, I would love to help your journey of healing, insight and growth, improving communication and satisfaction in your relationships effecting quality of your life. I utilize straightforward, open, and holistic approach which is trauma informed (EMDR), relationships/communication strengthening, parenting, marriage, divorce, immigration, and neurodivergence affirming. Looking forward to meeting you. Feel free to get in touch with any questions you may have.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I would like to get a clear understanding of the concerns that bring you in and learn more about your history and where you are coming from.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I'm understanding, open minded, holistic and will support your healing and growth no mater what the obstacles are.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

If you are overwhelmed, frustrated, feeling stuck and yet ready to take a step to grow and heal I’d love to help improve your emotional and relational functioning. Depending on your needs I use a combination of talk therapy with EMDR along with psychodynamic, relational (RLT) and cognitive therapy (CBT) approaches. I find it that most of my clients are young adults, adults dealing with life or relational issue, dealling with trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self worth and being heard.

My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR helps people process and heal traumatic memories by using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation. In practice, I use EMDR to help clients reduce the emotional impact of past experiences in feel more controlled by present.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT approach is used to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns that affect their emotions and behaviors. I work with clients to develop coping healthier, thinking habits and coping strategies to improve their daily lives.

Psychodynamic

I use the psychodynamic approach to help clients explore how past experiences and unconscious thoughts, influence their current feelings and behaviors. In practice, I guide clients to gain insight into patterns and emotions, which supports deeper self-understanding and lasting change.

Trauma Informed Care

My experience with a trauma-informed approach involves recognizing the widespread impact of trauma (difficult experiences) and integrating that understanding into every aspect of care ensuring clients feel safe supported and in control. In practice, I emphasize trust, collaboration, and empowerment tailoring interventions to be sensitive to trauma triggers and to foster healing.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I prioritize creating a safe, empathetic, and a non-judgmental space for clients feel fully accepted and understood. I focus on active listening and unconditional positive regard, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and feelings of their own pace. In practice, I use this approach to empower individuals to access the inner resources and move towards person growth and self-actualization.
