I have over 20 years of experience helping people mitigate life’s challenges. I understand pain trauma, hardship, broken homes, and broken relationships. I use a diverse approach based on each client’s individual needs. Cognitive Behavior Therapy CBT is a very effective tool to help with depression anxiety and other mental challenges; helping you to develop self-awareness and understanding your worldview and how that helps to shape you. Overall, I possess working knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family. My treatment approach includes Existential Therapy, Client-Centered, Trauma-focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness, person-centered as well as utilizing techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My goal is to enhance the mental wellness of people who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. I assist you in working through life’s challenges by equipping you with relevant skills to cope with unpleasant experiences, develop inner strength, build self-worth, and improve self-esteem, understand you and your mental health.
