What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Rapport building is always my first step in therapy. I want to ensure clients truly understand that my passion is to help and have empathy. I want to ensure everyone is comfortable with deeply opening up. I believe in not pushing my clients to do what I suggest. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With the use of CBT, I assist clients with identifying issues, addressing the issues, and learning coping strategies to manage the troubles that they face. CBT also allows me to assist you by ensuring you are aware of ways to process and connect your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT skills include things such as: cognitive restructuring, guided imagery, thought processing, journaling, relaxation, and behavioral alterations. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
