About me

My name is Lauren Alonzo, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from California Lutheran University in 2018 and have seven years of experience helping clients identify the barriers that are preventing them from living life as their true, authentic self. I aim to normalize mental health struggles and remove the stigma that so often prevents individuals from seeking help.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will consist of lots of information gathering so that together we can create a holistic picture of current behavioral patterns that are keeping you "stuck". From there we can collaborate on mental health goals to help you reach your desired outcomes. We will highlight inherent strengths and identify areas of growth so that you can work toward a life you desire.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a warm, collaborative, safe space for clients to explore mental health challenges. Anxiety specifically is near and dear to my heart, my goal is to let clients know that they are not alone in their suffering

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My clients are individuals who are open minded and motivated to explore their strengths as well as areas of growth so that they can reach their true potential
