I have over 9 years of experience providing therapy and in a variety of settings including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics and telehealth platforms. I have treated individuals with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, life transitions and stress. I also have a passion for maternal mental health and able to work with those experiencing postpartum and peripartum mood and anxiety disorders. I am also familiar in working with those who have suffered perinatal loss and infertility. My belief is that therapy is a collaborative process. I will work with you by creating an individualized plan to help achieve your goals! My years of experience have given me a wealth of knowledge on how to treat various mental health concerns.

In our first session, I really make an effort to get to know you. It is important for me to understand your story and how you envision yourself in therapy. I am open to answering any questions you have! My goal is to help you feel comfortable and heard in our sessions.

I use a client-centered approach and tailor sessions to my client's individual needs, which is the core of my clinical work. Therapy can intimidating to a lot of people, which is why I am conscientious about being personable, humorous and understanding.

Throughout my years of training and practice, my therapeutic framework is primarily based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to address negative thinking patterns that are directly linked to feelings and behaviors that you want to address in therapy. We will also explore self perception in an effort to better understand what is holding you back from reaching your goals. Through challenging negative thinking patterns, shifting perspectives and gaining more confidence in yourself, you will see improvements in multiple areas of your life including relationships, self care, coping with stress, etc.
