About me

Making the decision to seek therapy is not an easy one, and choosing the right therapist to meet your needs can be even more daunting! As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have had the great fortune of supporting individuals from all walks of life who are working to make peace with their past, to connect with their present, and to build hope about their future. I strive to provide tailored support for my clients as they address issues like anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship trauma and problems, communication issues, anger management, symptoms of serious mental illness, adjustment, and decision-making issues.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will involve a discussion about the therapy process, including you sharing with me about your treatment goals, apprehensions about therapy, and past therapy experiences (if any). I will tell you about my style as a provider and what you can expect if you wish for us to work together. I will also be evaluating to determine if I will be the right fit to help you with your therapy goals and whether telehealth is the right modality for treatment, and I will ask you questions about any current or past safety concerns, and past diagnoses.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I feel honored to be able to assist with supporting the journeys of people as they work through issues of addictive behaviors, shame, interpersonal dysfunction in current relationships and with family-of-origin.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with people who are driven to rise from adversity and gain self-empowerment.
