Hi, I’m Jessica, a licensed professional counselor who works with children, teens, and adults navigating stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I support individuals, couples, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood while building practical tools to better manage your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we’ll work at your pace to create meaningful and lasting change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk through what’s bringing you in. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time or know exactly what to say. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. We’ll also begin to identify your goals and what working together might look like moving forward. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and not overwhelmed as we start the process.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My approach is grounded, practical, and collaborative. I focus on helping clients feel comfortable enough to be honest about what’s really going on, while also building skills they can use outside of sessions. One of my strengths is being able to meet clients where they are without judgment, while still gently challenging patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I work at a pace that feels manageable, helping clients make sense of their experiences and take small, meaningful steps toward change. I also believe that clients are the ones doing the work, and a big part of my role is helping you learn to trust yourself, build confidence in your decisions, and feel more in control of your life. I bring experience working with children, teens, and adults, which helps me understand how challenges show up across different stages of life and within family systems.

I often work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, school or peer challenges, parenting stress, or shifts in identity and life roles. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth, with a focus on building coping skills that can be applied in daily life. I aim to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.

I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives and work collaboratively to support growth, insight, and self-acceptance.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I incorporate mindfulness to help clients become more aware of their thoughts and emotions without judgment. This can help in reducing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, and staying grounded in the present moment.
Narrative
I use an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic methods based on each client’s unique needs. This allows for a flexible, personalized experience that supports meaningful and lasting change.
