My name is Feji, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates Psychodynamic Theory, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed modalities. My goal is to help clients uncover the root of their internal conflicts. I also guide clients in developing a deeper awareness of how trauma could manifest in their bodies. I often say that our bodies are wise, they consistently signal when unresolved emotions and inner conflicts are left unaddressed. Just as we tend to our physical health, it’s vital that we nurture our internal world with the same care and intention.
Clients can expect to feel a sense of comfort, compassion, and understanding, knowing they are not alone on their journey to healing. "Healing is not a race; it's a marathon."
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is being fully present with you in your struggle, offering compassion and understanding every step of the way. I create a safe, non judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and struggles with complete openness. Together, I will challenge and support you on your journey toward healing.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, and major life transitions.
I use a psychodynamic approach to help individuals gain deeper insight into themselves, their anxiety, unresolved emotions, and defense mechanisms. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your life, uncover strengths, and work toward greater self awareness and understanding.
Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, I help individuals identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to manage difficult emotions, build healthier thinking patterns, and create lasting, positive change.
I use an attachment based approach to help individuals understand how their early experiences influence current relationships, emotional responses, and patterns of connection. By fostering a safe, supportive space, we’ll work together to develop more secure, fulfilling relationships and a stronger sense of self.
Using an Internal Family Systems approach, I help individuals connect and understand the different “parts” of themselves—each with its own voice, emotion, and role. Together, we will gently explore these inner parts, fostering self compassion, healing wounded parts, and building a stronger connection to your core Self.
