Together, we can explore the challenges you may be facing, whether that’s coping with stress and crisis, improving relationships, self-esteem issues; grief and loss, emotional concerns or just gaining a better understanding of yourself. I have many years of experience working in a variety of settings with adolescents, adults, families and couples who have challenges with depression, anxiety, OCD and PTSD/trauma. I take great pride in being able to help others on their path to a healthier mental well-being!
