Together, we will also discuss your thinking patterns, traumas, and explore realistic possibilities towards your personal goals while opening the doors to self-love, joy, peace, resiliency, and contentment in every aspect of your life. I believe that clients are the expert of their lives. Clients need guidance when going through crisis. I specialize in helping clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, caregiver issues and life transitions. My ideal client is someone who is struggling to adjust with life transitions such as college, marriage or retirement.
