About me

I am a Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for over 5 years. I currently work full-time at MassGeneralBrigham and bring a lot of experience to my clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, financial insecurity, life changes, and feeling overwhelmed. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate relationships and personal challenges with resilience. I am passionate about supporting postpartum families, recognizing that the transition into parenthood can be both beautiful and overwhelming. I also have experience and a passion for working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will get to know each other and figure out your goals for therapy. Why are you here and what do you want to gain from our time together? This space is for you and I am honored to be a part of your journey!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have years of social work and therapy experience with addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, pregnancy and postnatal parents, and parenthood. I have a specialized certificate from Tulane University for Mental Health, Addiction and the Family. I hold a specialized certificate as a CCTP, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and have experience working with clients with trauma and PTSD.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I provide individual psychotherapy for adults struggling with life transitions, parental challenges, relationship issues, grief, depression, and anxiety. My style is warm, direct, and relational. I strive to build a strong therapeutic alliance and tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs. I do not believe one type of therapy fits all, and I am excited to get to know you and your goals so we can find the best treatment plan possible for you!
