About me

For more than five years, I've helped clients work through anxiety, depression, overwhelming emotions, and significant life changes including pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, bullying in school, and new career choices. I currently work full-time at Mass General Brigham as a Complex Care Social Worker, supporting adults coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex medical conditions. I am passionate about individualizing therapy to make sure every session is best for the client.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will get to know each other and figure out your goals for therapy. What brought you here and what do you want to gain from our time together? This space is for you and I am honored to be a part of your wellness journey!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am experienced working with addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I have a specialized certificate from Tulane University for Mental Health, Addiction and the Family. I hold a specialized certificate as a CCTP, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and have experience working with clients with trauma and PTSD.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I provide individual therapy to teens and adults struggling with life transitions, parental challenges, relationship issues, grief, depression, and anxiety. My style is warm, direct, and relational. I do not believe one type of therapy fits all, and I am excited to get to know you and your goals so we can find the best treatment plan for you!
