Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor (LMHC) based in New York. I received my Masters from the The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY and have been practicing for 4 years. I am a proud Army Veteran and apart of the LGBTQIA+ community myself and although my degree in counseling has just begun, I feel as though I have always been a counselor in my own way to many before the degree.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Sharing the same passion for helping others and fighting against the stigma of mental health. My focus is to improve lives, facilitate emotional regulation and overall wellness of my clients. Through life’s complexities, I have come to understand that no matter the struggle which life presents us, there is always a silver lining. I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
