I'm Jen and I've been counseling for 15 years. I started my career teaching high school social studies for 8 years. I was a college counselor for 5 years and I've had my own private practice sI ince 2015. My passion is meeting people where they are and helping them navigate life's challenges and transitions. I'm unconventional, nontraditional and I love offering an inclusive, safe space.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
We will start with brief introductions, and I will explain what to expect during a session. We will discuss what brought you to counseling and goals for counseling. I encourage all my clients to ask question and share concerns.

I've been using Jen now for several months to work through a lot of my past trauma, depression, and overall mental health. It's extremely hard to find a good therapist that knows what they're doing, but Jen definitely stands out as a true expert in her craft. She's extremely open-minded and can challenge you in a very warm and caring way that will help get you to a solution or at least better manage your problem.
