My passion lies in working closely with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, stress, depression, divorce/grief, workplace dissatisfaction, cross-cultural concerns, generational trauma, parenting struggles, PTSD, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. Drawing from my personal experiences as a young widow and single parent, I intimately understand the complexities of loss, grief, difficult relationships, loss of identity and trauma.
