I have worked in the field of Behavioral Health, Child Welfare Counseling and Case Management for over 17 years.

I work with adults, couples, seniors, families and professionals who are experiencing stress and or conflict in their personal life or work relationships. I also provide therapy to those who are struggling with emotional, social or mental distress, disorders, trauma, work-related stress, aging, grief and loss and adjustment related conditions.
I use CBT with clients that are having a difficult time with the inability to stay focus or have negative thinking.
I work with couples in various stages of their relationships, premarital counseling, communication issues, contemplating divorce and various marital problems.
