Whether you are navigating a difficult transition in your life, dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, cycles of anxiety and depression, or working through trauma, I will meet you where you are in your life at this moment with open ears and provide you with a safe space to share your story.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first couple of sessions, we will take some time to explore your current situation, your reason for therapy and your goals.

I have extensive experience working with the geriatric population and their caregivers and family. I have been engaged in care management for over 10 years and during that time became certified in care management to increase my ability to better serve clients. I also am certified as a dementia practitioner. I am certified in trauma-informed care. I have worked in hospice which has provided me with a unique set of skills of having hard conversations with people of all ages throughout the process at end of life. I have provided mental health support to individuals with dual diagnoses and comorbidities.
