My professional background includes 10 years of work experience, during which I have licenses in both Georgia and Mississippi. I am skilled in helping individuals with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I collaborate with my clients to cultivate a supportive and non-judgmental space, facilitating the sharing of thoughts and emotions with no fear. It takes great courage to take the initial step towards achieving a life that is both more fulfilling and happier. My purpose is to offer you support as you navigate through this process.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will involve personal introductions and addressing the initial concerns that led the client to seek counseling. At the conclusion of the session, the client will establish two goals that will serve as the central focus for their subsequent counseling sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I collaborate with the client to explore the underlying causes of their issue. I am committed to fostering a secure and inclusive atmosphere that encourages honesty, addresses challenges, and empowers all clients.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Through Person-centered therapy, clients can develop greater self-awareness and a solution-focused mindset, which will enable them to address their concerns effectively. The control lies with the client. As a therapist, I aim to empower clients and enhance their well-being. My clients have the liberty to deeply explore themselves and the certainty that their voices will be acknowledged and comprehended in each session.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Clients may exhibit various maladaptive behaviors when their thoughts become consumed by negativity. As a therapist, I assist clients shift negative thoughts to positive ones by reframing and debunking the negative beliefs that persist in their minds. I have utilized CBT frequently with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, fears, relationship problems, and so forth.
