Hi, I’m a therapist who brings both clinical expertise and genuine care to help you feel seen, heard, and supported. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Florida and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. My passion lies in supporting individuals through life’s toughest seasons—whether it's navigating grief, managing anxiety or depression, adjusting to major life changes, or finding your footing in the postpartum journey. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who truly gets you. Together, we’ll create a plan that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence. Reach out anytime—I'm here when you're ready.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and begin identifying your goals for our work together. I’ll also ask some background questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and support system. Most importantly, this session is about building trust and making sure you feel heard, understood, and comfortable. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—just come as you are. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I bring a calm, grounded presence to my sessions, along with strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of the emotional complexities people face—especially during times of transition or loss. I’m also highly attuned to each person’s unique needs, which allows me to tailor treatment in a way that feels personal, practical, and empowering. Whether we’re working through anxiety, grief, or postpartum challenges, I meet my clients with empathy, clarity, and unwavering support.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m best positioned to support individuals who are navigating major life transitions, managing persistent feelings of anxiety or depression, coping with grief, or adjusting to the emotional challenges of motherhood—including the postpartum period. I work well with clients who are ready to explore their inner world, even if they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin. Whether you’re a new parent, a young adult facing big changes, or someone simply seeking more clarity and peace, I offer a safe, supportive space to help you find your footing and move forward with confidence.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most effective, research-backed approaches for treating anxiety, depression, and a wide range of emotional challenges—and it’s a cornerstone of my work as a therapist. With extensive training and hands-on experience using CBT, I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge negative beliefs, and develop practical skills to shift their mindset and behavior. In sessions, we work together to uncover how thoughts, emotions, and actions are connected—then we use that insight to create real, lasting change. It’s not just about thinking differently—it’s about living differently.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Therapy is all about tapping into your strengths, not just your struggles—and that’s why it’s such a powerful tool in my practice. With training and experience in this goal-oriented method, I help clients shift from “What’s wrong?” to “What’s next?” Together, we focus on what’s working, build on small successes, and create clear, realistic steps toward the future you want. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of your next move, Solution-Focused Therapy offers a practical and empowering path forward—because even small shifts can spark big change.
