During our first session we will start building a rapport and review the paperwork you submitted. We will then dive into your issues that you want to address in therapy and build a plan together.
The majority of my patients struggle with anxiety, depression, self-injury, self-esteem, school problems, and ADHD. I help my patients through mindfulness base therapy to change their thinking patterns, change their mindset and their intrusive thoughts/ thinking, through CBT, positive thinking, and meditation.
With a positive psychology mindset and a strengths based perspective I focus on resolving past experiences that negatively influence emotion and behavior. By creating and nurturing healthy communication I will assist you in finding your voice in situations of anxiety, self-esteem, marital struggles, identity crisis, anger management, and more.
