Getting help for me started at an early age - seeking help in my mid-teens Little did I know I was beginning my journey to assist others in rescuing themself from life's ticks. As a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience, I want to help change the view, break the stress tension, tame depression, and overthrow anxiety. My specialty is stress management, trauma focus therapy, I apply an eclectic mix of solution focus therapy, EMDR, CBT and Trauma focus solutions coupled essential oils. Let's start the journey together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We'll start with a brief phone conversation so that I can get a sense of the kind of support that you are looking for. I'll ask for some basic information to get to know you and use this time to answer any questions that you might have. If it feels like we are a good fit for working together, we will schedule either an in-person or online appointment. In the first few sessions, we will learn more about your needs and together, we will explore the goals you have for therapy. The length and number of sessions will differ depending on your goals and needs for therapy. For some, a handful of sessions to address an acute issue will be enough, whereas others may need consistent, weekly sessions for months or years depending on their needs. We can discuss this in further detail to ensure you are receiving the support that you are looking for.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked professional men and women for the past 15 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
