Integrating clinical expertise with Christian values, I strive to support emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth. I believe true healing occurs when mind, body, and spirit are nurtured together. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, regulate emotions and move forward with hope, faith, and intention while honoring each individual's unique journey. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida and my graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. Throughout my career, I have served diverse populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where we work collaboratively to build greater emotional awareness and together explore their unique reasons for change. Together, we will identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore areas for growth, develop healthier coping strategies, and strengthen emotional regulation skills.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are compassion, warmth, and strong work ethic. I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I believe meaningful change happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship, so I intentionally work to build connection and meet clients where they are. I am committed to walking alongside my clients on their journey, offering both support and gentle challenge. I view therapy as a collaborative process and create opportunities for growth, insight, and practical skill development. Clinically, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) skills, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop emotional flexibility and regulation, healthier thinking patterns, and increased self-awareness. I tailor these approaches to each individual's needs, empowering them to build resilience and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is ready to take an active role in their healing journey. Someone who recognizes the need for support and is open to receiving it. They are willing to engage in a collaborative therapeutic process, where insight, accountability, and growth are shared responsibilities. Together we work to identify patterns, build practical skills and make meaningful, sustainable changes. This client is motivated to move beyond survival mode and toward a more balanced, intentional, and fulfilling life aligned with their values and goals.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps us slow down, notice what we're telling ourselves, and replace thoughts that keep us stuck with ones that move us forward.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT skills help you manage overwhelming feelings, stay grounded in the moment, and respond effectively instead of react.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing allows for conversations where we explore and work through mixed feelings while you discover your own motivation to make the changes necessary to move forward.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT therapy focuses on developing psychological flexibility by teaching individuals to embrace difficult thoughts and emotions rather than avoiding them. It focuses on moving toward decisions/action aligned with your values to live a meaningful life, while using mindfulness, acceptance, and changing maladaptive behaviors.

She’s just unbelievably insightful while still being gentle with her approach. Every session has felt personalized and like she’s meeting me where I’m at. I appreciate that she creates agendas but if we stray from the agenda, there’s still space for redirection. She’s truly been an addition to my mental health wellness.
