What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During your first session with me, we will break the ice with brief introductions, then dive into your expectations, goals, and specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am bilingual in Spanish, bi-cultural and survivor of trauma and domestic abuse among other challenges. This increases my level of empathy and commitment with my clients. Besides, I love my job and am eager to update and/or learn the best science-based therapies possible.

My treatment methods

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I earned my EFT certification 6 years ago and have been successfully using it ever since. I've used it with Clients at a different levels of care. I combine it with Neurolinguistic Programing (NLP) and Psych-K. Eliminating emotional pain since the very first session. Go back in time to heal the inner child; resolve generational issues or traumatic events; to replace cognitive distortions with positive ones; and to stop living in constant fear or worry, these, being the symptoms of someone who tends to live in the past... in a survival mode vs enjoying that part of them that makes them unique.

Hypnotherapy

I was certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2018. And as a Spiritual Hypnotherapist in 2020. Upon request, I also do regressions and help my clients to "take a tour" into their subconscious mind to identify the blocks that prevent them to take control of their behavior. To mention a few: sexual dysfunction, procrastination, tendency to get into toxic relationships, any type of addiction, phobias, live in the past, etc. Actually, according to experts, there is nothing that Hypnosis can't heal. It is a controlled version of the Placebo Effect: everything is in our mind.

Grief Therapy

I've been using this therapy with Clients at all levels of care, different cultural beliefs, psychosocial backgrounds, and ages. There is a point where most (if not all) of us humans had grieve for someone or something. I basically help my Clients to empty their bodies from those painful emotions.

Faith based therapy

There is a spiritual world that might be hard to see while most of us humans had experienced... one way or the other. As a Holistic Therapist, I include my Client's body, mind and Spirit from their own, unique perspective in their healing process.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This therapy is one of the basis to help Clients to make sense out of what is happening to them. It allows them to make better decisions. I've used it ever since I graduated.
