I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician. I received my Master's Degree from Westfield State College. I have been practicing for over 20 years. I understand the courage it can take to start working with a therapist. I consider it a great honor to support my clients, allowing me to help them resolve issues they are struggling with. Through my years of experience, I have helped clients with a wide variety of challenges.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we'll talk about what brought you to therapy and the goals you would like to work on. It is also important for me to get to know you as a person. That way, we can work together on a specific plan that supports your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a therapist is to be able to provider a supportive environment and listen to my clients in a compassionate, non-judgmental way.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do most of your days feel like they are filled with sadness or a lack of hope? Do you feel anxious or stressed out? I work with a wide variety of people experiencing many different challenges. I tailor my approach to each person I work with by drawing upon my expertise and utilizing a variety of therapeutic methods.
