LPC, 12 years of experience
I support adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life changes. In our work together, you’ll find a space where you’re listened to without judgment and encouraged to move at your own pace. I focus on building a trusting relationship, helping you sort through challenges, and offering tools you can use in daily life to feel more balanced and in control. My goal is for you to feel understood, supported, and better equipped to create the life you want for yourself.
In our first session, we’ll take things slow. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and I’ll ask a few questions to get a better sense of what you’d like from counseling. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what you hope to work on, and make sure you feel clear about how the process works. My goal is for you to leave that first meeting feeling heard and a little more at ease about the steps ahead.
I offer a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can feel safe to be yourself. My goal is for you to feel understood, empowered, and equipped to face life’s challenges with confidence. In our work together, you’ll set the pace while I provide guidance, tools, and encouragement along the way. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and centered on what matters most to you.
I provide virtual, individual counseling sessions. I work with a variety of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, coping skills, depression, work/life balance, People of Color, and Women's Issues. I love working with people to increase their self-care so they are no longer pouring from an empty cup.
In my practice, I integrate Brainspotting to help clients access and process unresolved trauma by identifying eye positions that correlate with stored emotional experiences in the brain. This method allows clients to engage in deep, body-based healing while remaining in control of their therapeutic process.
I incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify their strengths, clarify goals, and build on what’s already working, creating momentum and hope through a present- and future-oriented approach.
