Hello, my name is Antanette. I am an experienced therapist with 10+ years of working in the mental health field. We can work together to address existential dread, development of systems and routines to address executive dysfunction, the journey of spirituality, unexpected life changes, anxious attachment style, Anxiety, and Depression. I understand starting therapy (or starting again) can be quite the task, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. My approach to therapy will be tailored to best fit your needs and we will work at the pace of your choosing. If you're looking to make a change, let’s work together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will review all of the demographic information and I will answer all questions pertaining to therapy as well as the documents signed. We will then complete a biopsychosocial containing information about past experiences, previous experiences with therapy, medical history and stressors you would like to address in therapy. We will then develop measurable goals to accomplish in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is my flexibility in the type of care I provide my clients and the ability to tailor therapy to best suit the client while utilizing evidence based practices.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with adults in helping them develop boundaries, positive coping skills, navigating difficult relationships, and relationship struggles.
