I help clients navigate anxiety, work stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions—whether you're feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty, struggling with self-doubt, or finding it hard to connect with others. Stress, whether from work, relationships, or personal challenges, can impact your confidence, sense of self, and overall well-being. I work with a lot of people who feel burned out, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, or uncertain about their next steps—whether in their careers, relationships, or personal growth. Many of my clients are navigating major life changes, working through self-esteem struggles, or processing past experiences that still feel present today. As a trauma-informed therapist, I create a space where you can explore your experiences with care and without judgment. I also help clients struggling with sleep issues—because when we’re well-rested, everything feels more manageable.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with a few housekeeping items, like confidentiality and scheduling, before shifting to what’s bringing you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your current challenges, and I may ask follow-up questions to better understand your situation. We’ll also explore your support network and any resources that might be helpful along the way. Above all, this session is about starting at your own pace, creating a space where you feel comfortable, and building a sense of trust that will continue to develop as we work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths is creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard and understood. I believe in the power of genuine connection and strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each person I work with. I'm known for my compassionate and non-judgmental approach. I meet clients where they are and tailor my support to their unique needs and circumstances. My goal is to help you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions. Additionally, I stay current with the latest research and therapeutic techniques to ensure I provide the best possible care. This helps me bring fresh insights and effective methods to our sessions.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I help people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck—whether in their careers, relationships, or personal lives. Many of my clients are professionals navigating high-pressure environments, but I also work with people facing self-doubt, major life transitions, or the lingering effects of past experiences. Stress—whether from work, relationships, or personal challenges—can impact your confidence, sense of self, and ability to connect with others. My role is to help you find clarity, develop tools to manage anxiety, and build a life that feels more stable and fulfilling. I also work with people who are struggling with self-esteem, relationship challenges, or difficulty connecting with others. Whether you're navigating a breakup, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or wanting to build stronger, more fulfilling connections, I help clients develop the confidence and skills to foster meaningful relationships. Sleep is another key part of well-being that I focus on. Anxiety and stress can make it difficult to rest, and poor sleep can make everything feel harder. I work with clients to establish healthy sleep routines, manage insomnia, and improve their overall resilience.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients break free from anxious thought patterns, whether they’re related to work, relationships, self-esteem, or major life transitions. CBT focuses on how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, helping you develop practical strategies to manage stress, reframe unhelpful thinking, and build confidence. If you find yourself overthinking, feeling stuck in self-doubt, or getting caught up in worst-case scenarios, we’ll work together to identify those patterns and find new ways to approach challenges. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and in control, so you can navigate life’s ups and downs with more ease.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based therapy can be a powerful tool for managing anxiety and stress. By practicing mindfulness, you'll learn to stay present and calm amidst uncertainty, reducing the impact of negative thoughts and worries. Through techniques such as mindful breathing, body scans, and meditation, we'll cultivate a state of focused relaxation and improve your ability to manage stress. These practices can help you respond to challenges with a clearer, more centered mind.
