About me

Hello! I am a (LCSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Michigan. I received my Masters from Wayne State University and have been a practicing social worker for 18+ years. I work with many clients that may experience anxiety, depression, grief , medical adjustment, and/or trauma. Sometimes we just need some assistance to manage life situations and all our life stressors.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will start with introductions and work on deep diving your lived experience as well as identifying some of your goals. We will work together to come up with a tailored plan of care for therapy sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I find my work most rewarding and beneficial when supporting those individuals representing a diverse spectrum of race, ethnic, religious, sexual orientation, gender, and/or disabilities identity. I center therapy on each persons unique values and to assist them with navigating their challenges while working on their healing journey. I have a direct, non judgmental, and honest approach with all my clients

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

When asked about the "ideal" client, My response will always be You! The ultimate goal is to build a mutual respectful therapeutic relationship that will take a strengths based approach to help you identify your strengths, abilities, needs, and therapy goals. We will integrate techniques and interventions that will focus on you as the whole person to help heal in a holistic process for aligning your mind, body, and spirit, and soul. I invite all individuals that are from varied experiences or walks of life that want to explore their healing journey.
