Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Connecticut. I received my Doctorate from Mississippi State University and have been practicing as an LPC for 8 years. Therapy is collaborative, and focuses on identifying patterns, themes and developing goals via the use of evidence based assessments, psychoeducation, skills training, and other tools as necessary. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I enjoy working with individuals battling depression, anxiety, self-esteem, empowerment, life adjustment, goal planning issues, etc. I also love helping individuals improve upon their relationships with themselves and others. .
