I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals facing a range of mental health concerns. My work has spanned diverse age groups, from young children as early as three years old to older adults in their 90s. I am especially passionate about helping those who have experienced trauma or grief, providing a compassionate and empowering space to navigate their healing journey. Together, we can work toward achieving your goals, and I look forward to starting this process with you.
In your first therapy session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and begin building a trusting, supportive relationship. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, experiences, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll also discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve through our work together. This session is a safe space for you to share at your own pace, and I’ll be there to listen, support, and help guide the process as we lay the foundation for your therapeutic journey.
My greatest strengths as a clinician are empathy, compassion, and the ability to build trust. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable discussing even the most vulnerable topics.
