Hey Everyone! My name is Danielle and I am one of the most down to earth therapist you will ever meet. I provide therapy services for humans of all shapes and sizes. I believe that everyone deserves a chance to feel good about their lives. I am passionate about helping others start and continue their mental health journey. I believe in the beauty of humanity and make my it my mission to provide culturally competent care to all that chose to work with me.
A session with me is transformative, person-centered and trauma informed. I believe in giving my clients tangible skills, tools and homework that they can use in their everyday lives. I do this using various modalities to include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Prolonged exposure, Solution Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems and other treatment as needed.
My greatest strength would be that I am compassionate and understand how it feels to go through life presenting one way to the world but feeling another. I want to show up for the people that feel like they are screaming for help..... but no one hears them. I want to show up for the people that feel like no one would understand them if they tried to articulate their needs. I will see you..... I will hear you..... I will hold space for you. Sessions with me are witty, fun, supportive and real.
I desire work with people who have neglected their mental health to “perform” for their careers, families, relationships, sports teams and other areas of obligation in their lives. This includes people in the public eye, athletes, people with self sacrificing professions, people who feel unseen, unheard , abandoned and distressed couples who are not getting their needs met.
I help clients learn and understand the origin of their attachment style and help them challenge behaviors that have been keeping them in the same cycles.
I help clients learn to how use their faith and therapeutic tools collectively so they can manage their mental health and life challenges. I also help with navigating religious trauma and learning how to accept oneself despite of cultural biases.
I use CBT tools to help prevent and address feelings of self-harm and suicidiality. I have experience assisting with conflict management, safety plans and reframing thought patterns that lead to intense feelings of death or self harm.
I use CBT tools to help clients address unwanted behaviors that correlated with their thoughts and thinking processes. I provide extensive treatment around cognitive distortions and thinking disorders.
I provide couples counseling for couples of all types experiencing distress within their relationship. I am highly skilled at being unbiased and helping each individual in the relationship to feel heard and understood. I provide healing for infidelity , extreme life stressors/ transitions that are impacting the couple and learning how to support one another when mental health challenges arise.

Danielle really was easy to talk to and be vulnerable with. I enjoyed the conversations, yet it always had a purpose. She helped me learn quite a bit about myself that I hadn't realized which helped me begin to change focus in a positive way.

First session and I’m already feeling like this is going to be a great match. She is very warm, but most of all, she ended our session with some first step solutions. And I love that for me!

Danielle has a unique way of making you feel heard. Of course by her but more importantly, yourself. She echoes your responses in a way that make them resonate with you and push you to take note of the way you talk about yourself and your feelings. I would describe her session as a warm hug and gently nudge.
