Hi. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist in Pennsylvania. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and I've been practicing for 24 years. I enjoy working with both males and females from 18-64. I help clients improve their coping strategies, retrain the way they think about things, and give them the confidence they need to tackle their challenges they deal with in their daily lives.
Our first session together will be an "intake" session. I will ask you questions about what brought you to therapy and gather some other background information so we can create a plan of what you'd like to acheive in therapy.
I'm a great listener, empathetic, intuitive and help my clients feel comfortable coming to therapy.
