Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I’ve worked with children, teens, and families for several years in both community and outpatient settings. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Being a therapist is more than just a job for me—it’s my passion. I truly love helping people, and it brings me joy to see my clients grow, heal, and overcome life’s challenges. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where clients from all backgrounds feel safe, heard, and empowered.
In our first session together, we’ll start with introductions and talk about what brought you or your child to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your current challenges, strengths, and goals. You will be treated with respect in a non-judgmental environment where I will do my best to support you. This first session helps me create a personalized plan so we can begin working toward healing and positive change in future sessions.

They may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to express what they’re going through. I help them build coping skills, improve communication, and gain confidence as they work toward healing and emotional growth.
In sessions, I use an eclectic therapy style, which means I tailor my approach to fit what works best for you. I may use tools from CBT to help you manage thoughts and emotions, strength-based strategies to build confidence, or trauma-informed techniques to support healing. I adapt depending on your needs, goals, and what feels most helpful in the moment.
