I believe that every person on this earth has the ability and the right to find peace and happiness in their lives. As a therapist for 17 years, I have helped many individuals find that so that they are able to live a happy, peaceful life. I use a very holistic approach to therapy treating each client as a whole not just the psychological issues.
In our first session, I like to get the individuals reason for coming into counseling, past experiences with therapy and what they hope to achieve by coming into therapy. I ask a series of baseline questions to get a feel for where the individual is at in their mental health journey.
As an experienced provider with 17 years of practicing, I feel my greatest strength is my ability to make client's feel comfortable with me so that they can open up and share their story with me.
I have been using CBT therapy in my practice for 15 years.
I have been using Solution Focused Therapy for 12 years in conjunction with CBT therapy.
