I am a sex-positive, LGBTQIA-affirmative, polyamory-friendly, and kink-aware therapist. I work with individuals across a broad spectrum, providing a safe and supportive space to explore life challenges and changes. I offer compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental therapy, where we will explore both your struggles and successes, learning together how you want to move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and self-acceptance. .
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
As a provider, my greatest strengths are my compassion, empathy, and ability to create a safe, affirming space for my clients. I take a laid-back approach that helps build trust and allows clients to feel heard and supported as they work toward their goals.
I work with individuals on topics including anxiety, sexual and gender identity, coming out, non-traditional relationships and families, polyamory and CNM, and sex and intimacy. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQIA community & their loved ones.

My approach to therapy is fundamentally collaborative and affirming. I am here to meet you where you're at so we can make steps down your personal path together. I want to help you to better understand your own feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and means of coping to move you toward feeling more like your authentic self.
